Here at Time Recruitment, we facilitate all permanent recruitment drives for our clients.

This service is focused on providing an immediate recruitment solution, allowing client operations to continue with minimal interruption or delay. We continue to handle all due diligence and conduct our own thorough recruitment processes to ensure the right candidates is delivered to brief; the right person, in the right place, at the right price.

Our Process is Simple; 

We capture a thorough brief from all clients in order to tailor our recruitment drives to individual targeted needs.

All candidates are met with and put through a thorough vetting process regardless of role. 

Document due diligence, such as: Passport, ID Biometrics or Birth Certificate, Proof of Address, Proof of National Insurance, CV and reference chekcks where required

Specific qualifications are also checked and verified before any candidate is submitted to our clients. 

Candidates are added to our Matrix CRM (Customer Relation Management System) and will then go through a reference check prior to submission.

All candidates will have previous UK experience and equipped with appropriate documentation and qualifications

All drivers are DVLA checked were applicable

A database of over 2000+ active candidates, allowing us to respond to any of your requirements in a timely manner

Reference checks are carried out for all staff

Drugs and alcohol questionnaire, if applicable

Fitness to work questionnaire, if applicable

Processing of DBS (if required)

Distance to work suitability 

Client specification questionnaire, where applicable
